RPA v.4.0.15 is a minor update.

- Fixed an issue in the scripting utility's "Heat Transfer Analysis" object that caused incorrect processing of the input parameters "wallLayer" and "applySimplifiedFilmEffect", as well as the initial temperature of the film coolant.
- Fixed an issue that caused RPA to crash when the "Apply calculated nozzle efficiency to performance analysis" flag was enabled for nozzles using the frozen-flow model.
- Fixed data in resources/properties.inp
- Upgraded the Qt framework to version 6.11.3 in the application bundles for Windows and macOS that include redistributable runtime libraries.
