RPA v.4.0.12 is released.

RPA v.4.0.12 is a minor update.

This release introduces the following updates:

• Resolved an issue in the Nested Analysis and Propellant Analysis tools where the software could crash during analysis if the initial parameters caused the results to fall outside the valid range.
• Updated the User License Agreement to clarify gray areas regarding commercial and revenue-generating use.
• Upgraded version of Qt from 6.9 to 6.11.
